You have a chance after killing a foe to find Rough Astral Diamonds. Whenever you Deflect an attack, you are healed for 1% of your maximum Hit Points over 5 seconds. Whenever you kill a target, you gain 500 Critical Strike for 5 seconds.( 2 C 1 E) Survivor's Blessing Whenever you use a Daily power, you and your teammate's Defense is increased by 1500, and their Movement Speed is increased by 10%. Whenever your summoned Companion attacks, gain 200 Armor Penetration and Defense for 10 seconds. Whenever you are Stunned, Knocked, or Rooted, you are healed for 5% of your maximum Hit Points over 5 seconds. Whenever you receive damage from a Critical Strike, you gain 2500 Critical Avoidance and up to 4 teammates receive 2500 Defense for 5 seconds. Whenever you receive Combat Advantage damage from an attack, you are healed for 1.5% of your maximum Hit Points over 5 seconds. When your Stamina is below 25%, gain 10% Stamina Gain. When your Stamina is above 75%, you move 10% faster. Whenever you control an enemy, you gain 2,500 Combat Advantage damage for 10 seconds. This effect can only occur every 60 seconds. Whenever you are reduced to 50% Hit Points, you instantly recover 10% of your Stamina and are healed for 10% of your maximum Hit Points over 10 seconds. Whenever you activate a Mount Combat Power, you gain 1000 to all of your ratings for 10 seconds. While your Action Points are below 10% full, gain 2500 Deflection. While your Action Points are over 90% full, gain 2500 Critical Strike. Whenever you perform a Critical Strike, you are healed for 1% of your maximum Hit Points. You gain 1000 Accuracy, Armor Penetration, Critical Strike, and Combat Advantage.

You lose 1000 of your Defense, Deflection, Critical Avoidance, and Awareness. Whenever you use an Artifact power, your cooldowns are reduced by 2 seconds. Whenever you drink a Healing potion, you are granted 2,500 more Defense for 10 seconds. However I can not give more than that since i haven't played the game fully.When your Stamina is above 75%, you move 10% faster. Neverwinter Online has thus far been a nice experiance, the graphics are pretty and the general experiance gives me an old school pen/paper feel which is quite awesome. The story is nothing to fret over, but is still nice to keep up with.

There is not really a set in stone Class system in rift, you can have your own unique class (taking skills/perks from up to 3 different "base" classes) which gives a lot of variation and choices to how you want to play, hybrids are often seen but full on tanks, healers, or damage dealers are still there. RIFT looks really nice and has many events usually running at once, you have your Rift events which are all over the place in zones, just a matter of running to them, you have Zone wide events which pit you against enemy forces coming from mass rift spawns, and you have server wide events which have specific rifts spawning in various zones which can reward nicer than normal goodies.
